Lalitha Kompella
Lalitha currently serves as the Vice President of Intelligent Optimization at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Her role is to build Intelligent Optimization (IO) Practice as a key enabler to our Digital transformation journey. The ambition of IO is to transform several critical functions in healthcare right from improving health consumer experience to enhancing the achievement of caregivers and helping healthcare providers to reduce costs, improve revenue flow and improve quality of patient care.
Prior to MSK, Lalitha was the Global leader of Intelligent Automation practice and Digital CTO of BFSI business at Genpact. She was instrumental in setting up Automation Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for organizations, identifying process automation opportunities, advising on enterprise-wide adoption strategies and implementing transformative solutions at scale.
She is passionate about democratizing digital, promoting diversity and building resilient teams!
